Remainder payment will be invoiced and can be made via mailed check, cash or with card. Must be paid in full prior to pickup at the locker.

We use Wessington Springs, SD - Mettler’s Locker for processing (cash/check only). THIS PRICE IS FOR THE BEEF ONLY. ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEES WILL NEED TO BE PAID TO THE LOCKER (cash or check only). Estimated processing is $230 per quarter with quarters hanging between 200-240 lbs.

If you want a “half of beef” select 2 in quantity.

Customer is encouraged to pickup directly from the locker, if possible. Please contact us directly if you are over 1 hour away to arrange possible delivery/pickup.

Example of 1/4 beef cost: Hanging weight of 800lbs total of animal. Divided by 4 is 200lbs. per quarter. Take 200lb x $4/lb = $800 total cost of 1/4 beef to producer, PLUS PROCESSING PAID TO THE LOCKER (~ additional $1.20/lb hanging weight) upon pickup (cash/check only). Overall total cost is around $1,050 per quarter. Hanging weights will vary based on animal and we will contact you with final weight. Customer will call in desired cuts of meats to the processor. Subject to use multiple processors. Beef is mainly grass fed and grain finished for the last 90-120 days.
