Beef cuts will include 10 pounds of ground beef, approximately 5 pounds of steaks (Ribeye, Sirloin, New York strip, T-bone, or flat iron - will be a mix, not every type guaranteed), 5 pounds of roasts (chuck, arm, or rump), 2-3 pounds of soup bones, and 2-3 pounds of stew meat and/or ribs. Packages will be vacuum sealed. Beef is grass fed, grain finished Angus or Angus/Hereford beef. No growth hormones used.
