We will do our best to get your desired processing time but may be adjusted by up to 1 month depending on growth of lambs. All lambs are under 1 year of age. Cut options include: double loin chops, chislic/kabob chunks, ground, lamb ribs, whole or half leg, roasts, shoulder chops, or leg steaks.
